Our Story
Founded by Alex Polgar, whose regional business accomplishments stretch back two decades, Bangkok Base has grown yearly since our inception in late 2001. The first serviced office provider on Sukhumvit Road, we have assisted the burgeoning growth of the business district with our comprehensive development and management services.
Fully aware of the ‘human’ concerns that weren’t being addressed by other business service providers in Thailand, Polgar positioned Bangkok Base as a breed apart. A modern spacious office of approx. 20 m2 (other office sizes are available) that comfortably accommodates 1-4 workstations. The office is fully furnished, including storage and filing space, a document safe, drinks fridge, and color printer/fax/copier.
RECEPTION
Our experienced receptionist handles all incoming calls and faxes for our serviced and virtual office clients when needed,

and is responsible for welcoming new guests and ensuring that the daily operations of your office run smoothly.
CONNECTIVITY
Exclusive direct phone/fax line is provided. No charge for monthly line or handset/fax rental. 24-hour access to our 1 Mbps DSL Internet connection, both via LAN and WiFi. No extra fees levied.
ACCESS
24-hour access to your office, common areas, and car park.
CONFERENCE & MEETINGS
Use of our conference and meeting rooms and reception area—without additional charge. There are no time restrictions, provided that the rooms are vacant at the time desired. Conference facilities are available on a first-come, first serve basis.
SECRETARIAL SUPPORT
Access to our efficient secretarial and administrative support team for all of general office duties: typing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, printing, etc. (materials).
