Asoke Tower is located on Sukhumvit Soi 21 (Asoke Road), which is the first building to be built in this area. Asoke Tower is far from BTS Skytrain Asoke Station about 700 meters and from Subway (MRT) 300 meters. As it is located in the city center, there are several bus lines and also the motorcycle services all along the road.
Asoke Tower has 4 towers in the same area. At the back of the project is Condominium and parking lot. The rest 3 buildings are office space for rent.
Tower A is a small building on the left hand side of the project. The siam commercial bank is located on the first floor. There are 2 lifts in this building and each floor connect to the parking.
Tower B is a big building in front of the main road, just renovated to be the modern style. There are a coffee shop and restaurants on the first floor. This tower has 4 lifts which can connected to the parking building on the third floor.
Tower C is behind the Tower B which is the newest and has the highest ceiling than the others. On the ground floor is Ted Restaurant and this building have no lift.
The strength of Asoke Tower.
Due to Asoke Tower located on the Asoke road which is always busy, so there are many restaurants and coffee shop provided in that area. One of the strength point of Asoke Tower is the rental that cheaper if compare to others building in the same area and the common fee and the public utility are lower than the others building in Asoke area too.
The air-conditioning system is the split type which you can control by yourself. This system is convenient for the company that want to work late or on holiday.
There is an in-room toilet, so you can do the dish washing, do not need to do in the pantry.
The most of rooms has a big windows, it makes the room look brighter and bigger. Also has the built-in shelf which is perfect for keeping the documents.
As Asoke tower is the office building which has a multi-ownership, so the rental is just 380 baht/sq.m. (This price on November 2012) which is the lowest price in Asoke area. Not be surprised why this office building is always full.
The weakness of Asoke Tower
Asoke road is the one of the most traffic jam in Bangkok and has the lower ceiling (about 2.40 meters) as the old style building but you can take the ceiling out to make it bigger and feel clear.
Due to there are the toilet and the control room inside the room, so it make the utility space get smaller.
Even the Asoke Tower has a few weakness but it also has a several strength to be the very first building that I would like to recommend to the customer who want to rent the office in the heart of the city.
